Request Adobe Acrobat Acrobat Sign License

All employees have an Adobe enterprise (company/school) account and are automatically assigned an Adobe ExpressEDU license that is associated with their employee email account. This license provides access to Adobe Products and web services listed in the “What Adobe apps and services are included by default?” article; as long as the employee is signed into Adobe Creative Cloud with their employee email account.

Adobe Acrobat Sign and Adobe Creative Cloud are not included with the Adobe ExpressEDU license. All users can electronically sign an agreement without an Adobe Acrobat Sign license, but only employees with an Adobe Acrobat Sign license can send an agreement. If an employee needs to be able to send Adobe Acrobat Sign agreements or have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud, they will need to submit a service desk ticket to request the license be added to their Adobe account.
