RCCD Networking and Cybersecurity team recently implemented a new email monitoring feature that may cause emails to be temporarily stopped because of possible sensitive data information.
Please send the email using the email encryption option from within Outlook. When sending emails of this nature, please follow the directions to Encrypt the email from within Outlook:
Options > Encrypt > Encrypt
Either PC/Desktop app in the first screenshot below or through Web/Mac Outlook online in the second screenshot below.
