In an email message, choose Options, select Encrypt and pick the encryption that has the restrictions you want to enforce, such as Encrypt-Only or Do Not Forward.

RCCD Networking and Cybersecurity team recently implemented a new email monitoring feature that may cause emails to be temporarily stopped because of possible sensitive data information.
Please send the email using the email encryption option from within Outlook. When sending emails of this nature, please follow the directions to Encrypt the email from within Outlook:
Options > Encrypt > Encrypt
