Update existing (desk phones) voicemail account

Instructions to update existing (desk phone) voicemail account.

1. Dial any of the main College phone numbers
   • Option 1 – from your desk phone, call: 8000, 7000, or 6100
   • Option 2 – from any non-district/ off-campus phone (including cell phones), call 951-222-8000, 951-372-7000 or 951-571-6100
2. Press the * (star) button when you hear the “Welcome to…” message
3. Enter your desk phone's extension (e.g. 8000) for the mailbox number
4. Enter your phone's passcode when prompted (e.g. 98765)

• If you cannot remember your passcode and need it reset, please submit a service request HERE to reset your desk phone passcode.

Once logged in, f​​​​​​ollow the prompts to listen to voicemails, send, update or change voicemail user settings.
