Title: How To Access the KnowBe4 Cybersecurity Awareness Training Portal
Task Details: The following steps will guide a user through accessing their KnowBe4 Cybersecurity Awareness Training portal, starting and resuming training, and downloading their certificates of completion.
Instructions:
- Step 1 - Accessing the Cybersecurity Awareness Training Portal
- In order to access the KnowBe4 Cybersecurity Awareness Training Portal, users will need to navigate to My Apps via https://myapps.microsoft.com and click on the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training tile.
- Step 2 - Authentication
- Users will be prompted to enter their work email which will redirect them to authenticate through our Microsoft 365 service, if they’re not already authenticated.
- Step 3 - Navigating their Portal
- Once authenticated, users will arrive at their Dashboard, where they can see their training progress for all available modules. To start their training:
- Go to the Training tab at the top, or
- Select Go to Training, or
- Click on one of the Assignment Names.
- Step 4 - Starting a Training Module:
- In the Training section, you can view details such as:
- Campaign name
- Training module name
- Expected course duration
- Training end date (if applicable)
- Available languages
- To start a module, click Start. This will open the training in a separate window.
Note: If users need to take a break and return to their training later, they can simply close the window to save their progress. When they’re ready to continue, they should repeat steps 1-4 above and select Resume to pick up right where they left off.
- Step 5 - Downloading Their Certificate of Completion:
- After users have completed their training, they can download their certificate of completion from the same Training screen by locating the desired training module and clicking Download Certificate.
