RCCD Employees can access Ellucian/Colleague while working offsite (outside the RCCD network).
Please follow the directions below to access Ellucian/Colleague through the RCCD Virtual Desktop Interface.
Once logged in to RCCD Employee MyApps portal, find and open the RCCD VDI Icon.
Log in to the VMware Horizon using your RCCD SSO user credentials.
Open the RCCD icon to open the Virtual Desktop.
On the Virtual desktop, find and open the “Colleague (Datatel)” icon and log in to Ellucian/Colleague using your Colleague username/password.
