In order for Mac computer to work with GlobalProtect VPN, users will need to manually allow the GlobalProtect system extension on their Mac computers. This is something that is common in the macOS ecosystem when some new applications are installed.
For Mac users, when you see the following prompt/screen, please navigate to System Settings > Privacy & Security by clicking the Open System Settings option.
Find and click the Allow button to allow the GlobalProtect application.
You will be met with the following prompt. Please click Allow.
