You can use Outlook inbox rules to automatically forward messages sent to your mailbox to another (email) account.
Messages that are forwarded will appear to be forwarded from you.

Forward all messages to another account in Outlook App
Messages that are forwarded will appear to be forwarded from you. When someone replies to a message that has been forwarded, the reply will be sent to the address the message was forwarded from, not to the original sender.

Open the Outlook app and at the top of the page, select Settings .

Select Mail > Rules.

Select Add new rule.

Enter a name for your rule.

Add a condition: choose Apply to all messages.

You can also Add another condition, if you'd like.

Add an action: choose Forward to or Forward as attachment, and then enter the email address where you'd like your messages to be forwarded.

You can also Add another action or Add an exception here.

You can choose to Stop processing more rules.

When you're done, select Save.
