Issue: Users receive a message or error stating that the file storage is full. This happens when your personal files storage area is full.
Cause: Canvas for students have a file capacity limitation and you will need to clear out some of the older account files.
Solution: Please see the following three Canvas Student Guides that will help you locate your files area and delete any files to allow room to continue to work within Canvas.
