How do I access Adobe apps and services?

Desktop Access

The Creative Cloud Desktop app is pre-installed on RCCD workstations and serves as the central hub for Adobe software management.

Sign-In Procedure:

  • Launching the App: Employees can locate the Creative Cloud Desktop app via the Start Menu (Windows) or Applications folder (macOS).

    • The employee enters their full employee email address and selects Continue.

    • If prompted to choose an account type, the employee must select Company or School Account.

  • App Availability: Once signed in, all employees will see Acrobat Pro and Adobe Express available for use. Employees in designated roles will also see applications and services that are part of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, which includes tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. If the Creative Cloud Desktop app is not pre-installed on an employee's district-owned workstation, they should submit a Device Issues ticket requesting the installation of Adobe Creative Cloud.

 

Web-Based Services

Many included services are accessible directly via a web browser, allowing for flexible access to cloud-based tools.

  • Adobe Express & Content Creation: Employees can access express.adobe.com to use Adobe Firefly (generative AI), Adobe Stock Images (within Express), and Premiere Rush.
  • Acrobat Web: Document management, PDF Services, and Sign Transactions are available by signing into acrobat.adobe.com.
  • Portfolio and Typography: All employees have access to Adobe Portfolio for website creation and the full library of Adobe Fonts.

 

Mobile Access

RCCD Adobe licensing for employees extends to mobile devices, enabling employees to maintain productivity in varying work environments.

  • Employees can utilize Adobe Scan and Acrobat Reader on mobile devices for document digitization and PDF management.
  • Mobile versions of Adobe Express, Spark Page, and Spark Video are included in the base license.

Employees can download these applications from the App Store or Google Play Store and sign in using their Company or School Account to unlock these features.
